Update: the Linky Tools website must be down and that is why you are not able to link up. We will keep monitoring it and will adjust the link up deadline if we are able to. Sorry!!!
Update #2: Linky Tools is undergoing hardware upgrades. It will be a couple more hours yet. I will push out the end time when their site is back up and running. This is as of 6 pm Pacific time.
